MP JOB HUB

Privacy Policy

What this website stores and why.

This policy describes the MP Job Hub website as currently implemented. It is intended to explain the actual data flows, not to claim certification or compliance with every jurisdiction.

Reading the site

You can read public guides and use basic career tools without creating an account. The web server receives standard request information such as the requested address, IP address, browser information and request time. Server access and error logs support operation, security and troubleshooting. Hosting retention settings are controlled by the site administrator.

Optional saved progress

Saved guides and learning checklists use browser local storage only when you enable optional saving in preferences. They stay on that browser and are not synced to an account. Clearing site data or using a different browser removes access to that saved state. You can clear MP Job Hub local data through preferences.

Contact messages

The contact and correction forms request a name, reply email and message. Submitted messages are stored as private records in the WordPress administration area for editorial handling. A short-lived hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions. No automatic marketing subscription is created. Messages are not published or automatically emailed to an external service. The administrator should remove messages when they are no longer needed and review retained messages regularly.

Cookies and administrator sessions

WordPress uses necessary authentication and session mechanisms for administrators. Public readers do not need to sign in. The current public site has no active advertising, analytics or newsletter scripts. If those integrations are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated first.

External links

Guides link to third-party resources. Their privacy policies and terms apply when you visit them. We do not control their tracking, fees, availability or account requirements.

Requests and concerns

Use the contact form to ask about a message you submitted or request deletion. Include enough information to identify the record, but do not send identity documents unless a verified need and secure method have been established. Do not include passwords, financial details or sensitive employer information.
